	PHYSICIANS All physicians within the DFP group are board certified. What does board certified mean? After receiving their Medical Degree, each physician within the DFP group has completed an intense orthopaedic training residency program at one of the finest leading orthopaedic medical institutions in the country. After completing this residency program, each physician completes an extensive oral and written examination. Only after passing this rigorous program is board certification granted. Each physician is then required to maintain continuing medical education requirements and recertification of the orthopaedic boards to maintain their board certification.
